There are sites that can provide a rough estimate of depreciation on a vehicle, but to be honest, the best way is as Mod_Man has stated. Try to determine what the difference is between the new cost of your model from previous years and the going rate of that model today. Depreciation on cars is not straight line, but double declining, meaning you lose a lot in the early years but minimize your loss in later years.
Perhaps the best way is to look at the known depreciation of recent years of the same model and go from there.
No way to really tell for sure what new vehicles will depreciate as nobody knows for sure.
