Should I Disable VCM on my 2019 Honda Pilot?

Hi Scotty! I own a 2019 Honda Pilot with the 3.5L V6 DreamWorks engine. Should I install one of the popular VCM disable modules? I fear the stories about issues with having an aluminum block without even heat distribution.

Disable the VCM by any means.

Disclaimer:  this could void a future powertrain warranty claim

It it were my vehicle, I would disable the VCM.  There is a software you can use to disable it called KTuner:  IMO it’s a better option than the Muzzler device.  I’ve never used it but we had a member with good success with it, and Scotty has heard of others using it, too.  Your mechanic may or may not have this software.

See below for which one to get:  check with the company first to see if your vehicle is supported.
