Hi Scotty! I own a 2019 Honda Pilot with the 3.5L V6 DreamWorks engine. Should I install one of the popular VCM disable modules? I fear the stories about issues with having an aluminum block without even heat distribution.
Disable the VCM by any means.

It it were my vehicle, I would disable the VCM. There is a software you can use to disable it called KTuner: IMO it’s a better option than the Muzzler device. I’ve never used it but we had a member with good success with it, and Scotty has heard of others using it, too. Your mechanic may or may not have this software.
