Do you actually pray?

On some of Scotty’s vids on YouTube, if he says to pray that it’s not a complex problem on a car or if somebody uses a specific tool or sprayer and “pray that fixes whatever issue”, does he really mean it? I’m religious btw, but we’re probably getting  into religious stuff here...


Hi there! I think yes he really does. Like Lord please don't let it be a major thing. Or something like that. I think good ol uncle Scotty can be religious too. Heck I pray too when my old 97 Toyota Corona has problems. 😊

You're taking it too literally.  It's a figure of speech.

Scotty uses a lot of colloquial expressions. Scotty uses a lot of idiomatic expressions.

Scotty often speaks hyperbolically.
