Hi sir I'm a huge fan. I bought a 99 ram 5.9 magnum. 132000 miles. I already changed the tensioner, spark plugs and wires. I also changed the ingniation coil and pulled the fuel rail and clean the fuel Injectors. I was get a misfire in all cylinders but after I did the changes I was only getting a misfire in 2 and 5 with a random. Today I changed the crank shaft and oil pressure but when I turn it over it just dies on. I have no check engine light and a random pop up of the abs light. When I bought the truck the exhaust manifold gasket was leaking if that help. So what do I do to get the misfires to stop
Well if it won't start at all try my video fixing a car that cranks but doesn't start up Scotty. Getting misfires can be many things from blown head, gaskets bad computer circuits, bad wiring and on those a lot of times the cams wear out. Then you will get misfire and very cylinders
Thank you sir that helped. I changed the IAC, throttle body and map sensor also fuel pump. Took part the throttle body and clean ans also made sure my spark was on the dis cap properly. It's up and running no misfire or stalling. Ty for the help sir
Which of those parts fixed it? The fuel pump? Thanks for reporting back.
