Dodge Dakotas best trucks ever?

Recently got a 2001 Dodge Dakota Sport RWD with 197k miles, manual trans with good clutch. V6

It was really taken care of by the looks of it. Clutch fan replaced, alternator, expensive alarm system installed, and engine bay looks super clean no dirt or rust under it. No leaks at all. Cold AC

I can't find any videos of Scotty talking about dodge Dakotas. Are they decent? Should I keep it or burn it?

You're ahead of the game with the manual transmission since Chrysler automatics have generally been pretty awful once the company retired their 3-speed Torqueflites.

Aside from that, Chrysler quality has generally been somewhere between miserable and catastrophically bad for decades. However in 2001 they were in the hands of Mercedes Benz (DaimlerChrysler) rather than Stellantis and quality was not nearly as horrible it is now, but "best truck ever" is a real stretch.

Really anything goes when you're talking about a decades-old vehicle. Its history becomes the most important consideration.
