Looking for a scan tool to change ABS settings

Do you know of a scan tool besides the old $3,200 Dodge DRB scan tool that is able to make changes to the ABS settings on a 2000 Dodge Ram 2500 5.9L Cummins 5 speed manual? Specifically the setting for tire count where you set how many revolutions per mile your tires are so the speed is reported correctly?    I was looking at the Xtool D8 but their support said it would not be able to change those parameters.  I want to get a good scan tool like the D8 but I would love to get one that can make those changes on my Truck if needed when I change tire sizes.

My other vehicles are 2006 Isuzu NPR 5.2L diesel 6 speed manual, 2007 Honda Civic automatic and soon to be 2009-2012 2.5L Toyota RAV4 4WD.

so the speed is reported correctly

Just use your phone (if you own a smartphone) with a GPS speedometer app.
