What scan tool should I buy?

Hi Scotty, love your channel and great advice. I just recently bought a 2014 Camry SE V6 with only 120K (75,000 Miles). I also have a 2001 Miata NB. 

What's the best OBD2 Scan tool that can test engine, transmission stuff on a budget?
