I have a dodge Ram and it has no power to the dash cluster and will not start I have replaced the ignition switch and checked all fuses it has a brand new ECM on it and everything else is working except the dash and the truck starting

what happens when you crank it? anything at all? clicking? how many volts on the battery?

No it’s not making any noise the headlights are on tail lights on reverse lights come on and everything but no power in the dash
