My lease on my Forte runs out soon and I can t find a decent car. Every car I check out on Edmunds and Kbb seems to have issues.(even newer cars) The Camrys, accords , civics, cx 5s,ect forget another Kia.I dont want CVT, engine stop start or keyless start. I ll lease a good one and keep it in 3 years if I like it. Thanks
despite all the bad new, cars are more reliable than ever. Just do you research and buy the best one you can.
For 3 years you should be fine with a lot of cars honestly. 3 years could be trouble free out of many Toyota, Honda, Mazda, Subaru vehicles...
For example Mazda uses a 6 speed automatic in a lot of their vehicles.
I do personnally prefer the simpler design of automatic transmission/key ignition/cable handbrake over CVT/Start stop button/electronic emergency brake. Look for the base models (they have less tech). 3 years will keep you out of any issue and look at which models have automatic transmissions instead of CVT.
