Hi on our 2016 Toyota Sienna limited I noticed under the passenger side dash by the ground plaztic that blue writing on it? Does this mean it is not original? Just bought the car a few months ago. Attached is a picture.

Looking up the part number it's a Denso blower motor. Could be previous owner replaced it with a used part instead of a new one. Those things do go bad. I'd be looking elsewhere for signs it was in a wreck, not the blower motor.

Hard to say. I've had new cars that had writing on the parts.

it could just be part of the assembly process. Calibration numbers and whatnot.
