Dreaded p0301, then p0300 code

Scotty,

I have a 2006 Chrysler T&C Touring that was giving me a p0301 code last year.  At around 250K miles, I decided to replace plugs, wires & coil pack since I'd only done plugs at around 150K.  Problem was fixed for awhile but then came back once and switched to a p0300 code.  I'm now at about 268K miles.  I thought of replacing the fuel filter next but it feels like I'm heading down a parts rabbit hole.  Any Suggestions?

Thank you,

Sparky

Diagnose the problem rather than throw parts at it. Many things can cause misfires. The troubleshooting section of the FAQ is a good place to start.
