Dual tanks when both full fuel leaks out

Hi Scotty! I have a 1993 F-250 extended cab, 130k original miles. 3 things...#1. When I fill both tanks and sometimes one tank will begin to siphon out. What do I do Scotty? #2. I had a blowout on the rear passenger side while hauling a trailer full of hay. It impacted my exhaust pipes so I believe it separated them from the exhaust manifold. I have blow-by until it gets warm. Will this damage the engine eventually? I took it to get it fixed and they refused to fix it. #3 Should I be concerned about the freon lines that runs in the front of the engine, the pain is peeling/blistering and its been like that since I bought it. Thank you for any advice!!

Yeah fix the exhaust that does damage things over time it's for refrigerant as long as it works it doesn't matter if things look corroded
