Howdy Boys -
I am wondering that now all the hip and woke crowd are falling over each other for the latest in EV, has anybody maybe looked at their home owner's insurance policy to see if it covers their new pride and joy bursting into flames while in their garage? Just a thought.

almost every policy protects against fire

It should be covered like any other fire unless the policy contains a specific exclusion for that situation.

It should if you have good insurance.
I carry more insurance on my homes, cars, and my business than I carry on myself. Lol. Sad I know, and I'm over insured as it is!
I don't own an EV though for the record. Or a Kia. {black}:laughingoutloud:
