Hey Scotty
Do you think Americans will embrace battery electric vehicles?
Small European countries might but big nations like America, Australia & Canada like to holiday by driving. Stopping to charge up may not be practical or convenient also think of all the charging infrastructure needed.
Some may keep their old ICE vehicle and not upgrade to electric.

It remains to be seen but today's electric cars have so many drawbacks it's hard to imagine most people wanting one.
