Hey Scotty,
I've got a 2021 Toyota Rav4 SE Hybrid.
I'm a senior citizen that wears hearing aids. Today I engaged an app on my phone that interacts with my hearing aids to boost the reception.
When I drove my car today I was getting all sorts of 'beeps', 'buzzing', 'hums', and 'clicks' just to name a few, coming through the hearing aids.
What is causing me to hear these noises from within the car? If I don't engage the app, I don't hear the 'sound effects'.

Well let's say that happens only in your car and not in your house cars produce tons of electromechanical waves and frequencies that'll probably drive that nuts
