Electrolysis Question

Hello, I have a 2011 Jeep Wrangler with 178,000 miles. I replaced the radiator 14 months ago due to a leak and the new radiator is leaking again at the aluminum fins and my heater core has a leak in it. I flushed the coolant system about 3 years ago.

I measured the voltage in the coolant at the radiator with the engine off, I placed an aluminum tube in the coolant and placed one lead of the voltmeter on the aluminum tube and the other lead of the voltmeter on the negative battery post and the reading was about 0.7 volts. Do I have electrolysis occurring and is it due to bad coolant or stray voltage caused by a bad ground wire connections? thank you

Time to replace your coolant - a voltage check is often used to check the condition of the coolant.
