Hey there, I got a 2007 toyota voxy trans x with 235000 miles and still going strong with automatic transmission. Upon cold start when the engine is started there is like a high rev delay for 2 seconds and then the engine high revs ok after the cold start. But when the engine gets warmed up it starts up nice with a pretty little high rev on time. But, I would like to know what could be causing that because I have had it for a while.
