I have a 2006 Scion tC with 212,000 Mi on it. What could cause it to idle rough and stall when Engine gets to run in temperature?

Off and dirty fuel injectors. Do that. Try some good fuel injection cleaner like Bernie's ATS cleaner out of Albuquerque, New Mexico
