I have a 2018 Ford EcoSport 3 cylinder with about 38,000 miles on it. It runs fine but I'd to know if I should the new o-16 oil or continue using full synthetic 0-20 that the car calls for.

Use only the weight and grade oil specified in your owner's manual.
