Entunes touch screen problems Toyota Camry 2014 and others

Do you know about the "calibration" problem that is so common on Entunes (radio) touch screens.  After about 2 years, the touch screen buttons on the lower half of the screen do not work.  There are a few youtube videos with people poking at the screen with pens, credit card edges and such and this sorta works...the 2014 Camry is a wonderful car, but this radio/phone Entunes screen sucks.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ND_XvaAcyP8    (Love your channel)

A LOT of aging cars are experiencing issues with their touch screens.

The good thing about the Camry is that you can just avoid using it, on cars that have climate integrated into the screen it's a pain.

The issue with a lot of modern cars is that touch screens, mobile tablets, and computers age like milk and don't last as long as the car.

Usually the solution is to install and after market unit with CarPlay/ AndroidAuto.

But a lot of newer cars (and older cars from companies like Nissan) have had their climate controls integrated into the stock screen making replacement harder and sometimes much more expensive.

I do not like the current trend of car companies integrating all of those features in a manner that complicates repair.
