Error codes- Should I change any sensor(s)

Hi Scotty,

I drive a 2008 Jeep Compass, approximately 111,500km (mileage), manual transmission and I've installed a CNG conversion kit on it. I've since noticed P0171 and B1B06 codes (after the CNG installation) and as of this week, I started experiencing these other codes: U1418; P2173; P2016; C121C; & C101F. I'm not sure what to do to resolve these error codes and I am wondering if it can be a sensor issue. I've attached pics with the OBDII readings as well as the dashboard lights that are remaining on.

I appreciate any assistance with solving this.

I’d start by removing the kit and clearing the codes. If they’ve only been since it was installed it’s the most likely culprit

removing the cng installation is not so easy. it's basically a part of the vehicle now.
