Ever seen a new car build sheet wrong?

Just bought a brand new 2021 equinox from a Canadian Chevy dealer. The build sheet is wrong! The vin matches but 3 options are missing. Appears these are only available in a leather package but yet show under one of my option packages on the build sheet. Ever seen that? What happened when you brought it up? My dealer  has offered some accessories, payments or a reselection for another new car.

YES, I have. On more than one Ferrari believe it or not.

When a car doesn't have a $15k option the sticker says it does, people notice. {black}:fighting:

Incredulous!

Never go off the sheet of paper. They are known to be really unreliable. When my mom got her golf TSI her sheet good her the car was a TDI even though vin matched and everything. She was confused as well thinking that dealers know what they are doing. What a joke. You can go "pay" for the premium, which are not worth at all. I would go for a reselect if you haven't bought the thing yet already. Things like leather vs cloth seats come out of factory as such and if it's not specifically custom, then they just have whatever sitting around.

Sounds like they built it on a Friday afternoon (or a Monday morning.)
