Scotty, I am looking to purchase a used suv with under 100k mile range around 20k. I am looking to get a highlander because like you I have always had good findings with Toyota. But, how do you compare the Ford Explorer to the Highlander?

Stick with the Highlander if you care about longevity. If you intend to keep the vehicle for as long as possible with relatively minimal issues, there is just no comparison: go with the Toyota.
Thanks for the quick reply. I knew the answer but had to ask the question for confirmation. I have a 2003 sequoia with 265k miles and going strong.
