I just bought a 2004 Ford F-150 supercrew cab as a first car is there any suggestions on modifications or anything should do to it? Thank you!

Don’t modify it. Just drive it and maintain it. You add more the repair bill just keeps going up.

Hopefully, you had a mechanic check it out before you bought it. How many miles on it?
Keep up with regular maintenance.

Stay on top of your maintenance especially engine oil and transmission fluid changes so the vehicle can last as long as possible.
