I have a 2003 f150 with a 4.2. what are the pros and cons of Lucas oil stabilizer? Who runs it? What do y'all think about it?

Are you having issues with the truck? If not, then I would just stay on top of your oil change intervals and not add anything extra.

Gimmick in my opinion. Just buy the best, cheap oil your vehicle takes and can find and keep truckin.
