F150 hanging in gears too long

I have a 2006 Ford F-150 automatic transmission with 230k miles. It shifts late at around 2800-3000 rpms through ever gear. I’m trying to figure out what this could be. No codes, and tranny fluid looks good, I change fluid every 60k miles

thanks

Most ATs change gears at higher rpms cause the sensor tells them the temperature is low and the fluid is thick, so they need to build higher pressure, or too much air, TV cable ?? guessing here.
