I’m looking for a new scanner, OBD, all modules, and some Bi-Directional Not looking to spend a fortune.
Thanks,
What is your budget?
$300-$400
Look into Autel's offerings. They have scanners at many different price points and all are quality units.
Thank you
My favorite scanner for the $300-$400 budget is the Autel MX808 ($400 from authorized Autel dealer) which scans all modules and performs some services, but is not really bi-directional. This is my personal scan tool.
For scanning all modules and some bi-directional there is the Innova 5610 that Scotty has been using. I don’t own this one, but you can go to their site (see link below) and see what is supported on your vehicle(s). It interested, I recommend you buy direct from them to get the latest firmware and not get scammed by third parties.

It is very difficult to find a scan tool under $500 that is legit, scans all the modules, and does bidirectional. Those are usually >> $500.
Thank you, greatly appreciated.
I might be wrong but I remember somewhere Scotty using an Autel, maybe not quite sure, but it seems above that it is liked.
Scotty has used the Autel Maxidas DS808 and more recently the Autel Maxisys MS906BT (for many videos actually). CarWizard has used the Maxisys MS906 and more recently the MS908.
