Hey Scotty, I'm planning on buying 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser with manual transmisson and 110K miles on it, from a private seller. The only modifications it has are "toytec" lifts. Is it a good idea to buy it for $17.5K? And what can be a good alternative? Thanks!

$17.5 for a 14 year old vehicle? Oof. But FJ Cruisers are supposed to be collectors now. So it seems legit.
Have a trusted mechanic check it out.
What would be a good alternative? A 4Runner imo.
