first gear don't release

I have a 2.4L 2006 jeep TJ (5 speed) 84K and around 4 months ago a mechanic replaced  the clutch.  a few weeks later I noticed that when I press the the clutch to start the jeep to get it in neutral it did release the gear.  I took it back to the mechanic and told me that it was nothing wrong with the car and it will help to engaged the emergency break when I parked and put it in first gear(that helps and it doesn't get stuck).  the funny thing is that this didn't happen before ileft the car parked on first and it didn't give no issues to disengage to neutral when turn on the car.  I already replaced the slave and master cylinder but it didn't help.  just to be clear it doesn't matter if a parked in  uphill or flat surface  if I don't engage the emergency break it gets stuck.  also first gear its hard to put in.  if you can give a tip how to fix this or a least let me know what's the issue really appreciated.  thank you very much

I know what you bought.  What I am saying is that anytime you open any hydraulic system, air enters and the whole system has to have the air bled out of it for it to work properly.

Clutch Master and Slave Cylinder Assembly pre-bled that's what I bought

That just means those parts have already been bench bled. You still have to bleed the clutch hydraulic system as a whole when those parts are installed.

Bless you @chucktobias!

Check the clutch linkage at the back of the clutch pedal for proper adjustment, as stated in your owner's manual.  Did you properly bleed the clutch hydraulic system?  I use a Mighty Vac for this procedure.

it doesn't have a adjustment at the back of the pedal and I bought a pre-filled with hydraulic fluid and pre-bled. I noticed the clutch pedal its a little high.

No such thing as a pre-bled system.  Individual components, yes but the system no.
