2009 Toyota Avalon XLS, 166000 miles, heat doesn't come out at setting of 72 like it used to; just cool air. Raising the temperature setting to 80 causes the heat to come out and it will then continue to work when lowering the setting back to 72.

Is the engine warm enough when you turn on the heat?
