Hello! The dashboard lights in my 8th gen Honda Accord AT are flickering. Please see the video.
Everything else appears to be working all right. The car cranks and drives fine. The headlights work fine without flickering.
Based on the scan codes (U0155 & U1280), the dealer has recommended replacing the instrument cluster. Is that the correct advice? Any known repair options? And pending the repair, is the vehicle safe / reliable to drive?

For my experience, yeah that's what needs to be replaced. You're on the other option would be to try to find a used one from a salvage yard and replace it that way cuz the brand new ones aren't cheap
