Is the ford duratec 30 (3.0L v6) a reliable engine?

Its a mazda 6 2007
I would do some research on that car first because the engine is ok but there are so many different transmissions used on that car (4 speed auto, 5 speed auto, 6 speed auto, 5 speed manual or 6 speed manual).
Yeah that engine IMO is a good engine that can go for over 200k miles, but a lot of people tend to think otherwise.
Yeah the one I saw was matched with a 6-speed Aisin auto transmission, which I tend to think is a good one
@jay the Aisin TF-80SC is a transmission I'd avoid. It's not particularly bad but it's usually the weak spot of these cars, Typically it'd wear-out before anything else - It has been ruining the lives of Volvo owners for almost two decades.
