hi scotty i have never seen you talk about a ford excursion since i started to watch you 4 years, maybe i have and missed it, it is my dream truck and i look around for a decent 7.3 diesel or a v10, they all have about 300 to 400 thousand miles on the odometer, are they reliable? what are your thoughts are they a reliable truck before ford took a dump on quality control? im looking to get one here shortly do you think its a good buy?

The Ford excursion is the one of the biggest SUVs ever made-They weigh over 7,000 lbs.
Are they reliable- yes. Buy they also have very poor fuel economy. If you want to buy one, find one with lower mileage. Otherwise, you'd spending money on a new engine or transmission soon.
