I think it’s way overpriced, but price depends on your location.
For an 11yr old truck, with claimed low mileage, I’d have a mandatory PPI performed by a professional mechanic, before you buy it.

Which engine does it have? Stay away from the 3V 5.4L Triton V8.

Way overpriced. About 4 years ago I bought a 2007 f150 for 9k with 99000 miles. And i probably paid too much. Its a base model, that one you are looking at might be a lot fancier with a V8, but still not worth it.
You might check cargurus.com and search for that specific truck/package. You'll at least get an idea how far off the price is, but even then don't completely trust what they say is a good price.
