Is there any quick fixes I can try for the power steering assist on my Ford F-150 Platinum Truck 2015? It has 145,000 miles It is saying the steering assist system needs service it also says lane keeping system sensor needs maintenance
It is jerking hard against me when I turn. I have an appointment with a mechanic this Thursday

Since you got an electric power steering system, I doubt even your mechanic can fix it.

For this, you may need to recalibrate the sensors but scanning with a higher level scan tool is needed to find out the issue.
For the wheel jerking until you get it addressed you can set the system to alert and assist ,alert, or assist in the menu using the advanced settings menu in the truck or press the off button on the Center console to disable it
That system uses multiple sensors and cameras for the lane keeping system. Mine started throwing error messages when a large bug smashed onto the windshield at the forward looking camera location. Also if you have a crack in the window near the main camera or have replaced your windshield without having the system recalibrated it’ll display error messages. Hope it something simple. Good luck.
