Hey Scotty,
I recently bought a 2008 Ford F-150 FX4 5.4L 133,000mi with a factory Roush conversion to LPG. As a Wisconsinite I decided to buy a vehicle from the south (Georgia) and get rid of the horrible cancer issues ALL trucks have up here. I paid $8,000. The truck is in beautiful shape and was well maintained by previous owner. With the issues of high cost of either gasoline/Diesel and the exorbitant cost of an electric car, have I made the right decision in buying this truck?
If you have room in your yard for a large "industrial" tank often seen by buildings with back-up power gennies to refill from & can lock in a good price to fill it, I'd say that's a score.
Keep that as your reserve fuel supply & refill at a normal place until prices go up.
Well if the truck runs well and you are happy with it I would say yes.
