Scotty, watch your videos religiously and I have a 2020 Ford F150 with the 3.5 Ecoboost. I needed the Max Trailer Tow Package for pulling our Travel Trailer with it. I know you don't recommend the V6 and like the V8 instead, but now that I have it what can I do to better prevent any issues with it?

They will run a long time for those who do not drive like maniacs.
The dual fuel injectors will keep the carbon problems away that so many other engines suffer.
Just use name brand gasoline.
Synthetic oil is a must for turbos.
Others may have recommendations on what oil to use, and how often to change it.
