Ford F450; Turbodiesel, 75K miles, head gasket went at 35K and engine "blew" at 75K. New turbodiesel engine replaced. Contacted Ford and they did nothing.
As above. Any suggestions dealing with Ford?
Which model year and which specific engine?

Oh yeah, Ford has completely failed with customer service. Seems to me that they think because the sell so many trucks they don’t need to worry about helping a customer out. I know plenty of people that have dealt with this issue @mod_man even had to take them to court.

Hire a lawyer. Unless you've got legal representation, they don't care. And if you do, they only care once they are in court. It is terrible.
