Hi ...

I have a Ford Figo 1.4 petrol 2011 where my heater is not functioning correctly.

I have checked no coolant is leaking and the heater core is not leaking.  I have also confirmed that hot coolant is circulating through the heater core and that both pipes entering and exiting the cabin are hot 

The blower motor is blowing and when I switch over to heat there is a short burst if heat then it blows cold. Cabin filter is replaced .

Not certain if the the vent is not opening properly to blow through the hearter core as i do hear the vent opening when turing from cold to heat.

Please help as I am frustrated to figure out why it is not blowing hot air.
