Ford radio fit in a Lexus?

2004 Lexus ES330, 160k, Auto V6

Im desperate for a radio right now. Bought this car without one. I get paid in a couple weeks. Till then. This is what I’m trying to do.

I have a 1996 Mercury Villager. Just took the stock radio out. Now would this work in my Lexus? It is a ford radio says ford on it.

The back connectors for this radio seem kinda old. Do they sell conversion kits?

It fits decent in my Lexus. Now how to wire it?

With enough custom fabrication and wiring you should be able to fit just about anything.

Now how to wire it?

Find wiring diagrams for both.

Match up the wires.

Instead of doing all that work for a temporary fix, why not just get a bluetooth speaker and play songs from your cell phone to it for a couple of weeks?
