Ford Escape 2011 4x4 3.0 when I drive the car it suddenly loses power steering and that wheel gets hard, so I have to turn off the car and turn it on again and suddenly the wheel softens. What should I do to fix the car I understand that it's very expensive. Besides that the steering wheel seems like its loosen. Usually it makes some noises when I have the car on an irregular Road.

You can check electrical connections for problems but chances are you need a new steering rack.
