Hey Scotty please help, I have a 2001 Ford f250 with the gas 6.8l v10 engine and 130,xxx miles. I've noticed a misfire when the truck starts out on a hill or under heavy load and especially when towing. It dosnt miss when im fully on the gas pedal or all the time just under a load. How can I diagnose this issue without just throwing parts at it?

The first thing I would do is a diagnostic scan to find out if it's all or only certain cylinders.
