Which truck would have more features both trucks would be around 2010-2012 and both mid level trims

Really depends on what you are looking for, if you are looking for something more reliable, the chevy definitely is more reliable than ford I would say if said both trucks had a comparable amount of maintenance. If you are talking about luxury the Ford does provide more comfort. My bias is more towards Chevy though cause I've also seen less BS to deal compared to ford as a mechanic lol.
