I've bought a Foxsur Battery repair/charger, and was wondering if you've any experience with these; particularly if it's suitable to trickle/maintain charge an AGM battery. i would leave it on for say up to a week at a time whilst away & not using the car.

you shouldn't need one if you're only away for a week
well I've never used that particular mag so I can't say about that but as long as it is set up for an absorb glass mat battery it should work perfectly fine
Which model do you have? Also, what does your owner’s manual say? I have a different brand altogether that will trickle charge AGM batteries as well (it’s a Ctek brand), but am not familiar with your brand. All I know is they are not all created equal and the previous one I had (a cheap Walmart brand) damaged my battery, so I bought premium (Ctek is one of the best) ever since.
