Is there a level to have your gas tank, to prevent freezing? Or does it matter.

If you’re afraid of water getting into your gas tank & freezing, keep your tank full, always.
If you drive a petrol vehicle, I wouldn’t bother too much. If you drive a diesel though, you need to watch out for gelling.
