Hi i have a toyota camry acv40 2009 and it sounds like the front brakes or brake disc are squealing everytime i start driving at slow speeds and i dont know why since i have recently changed the brake disc and brake pads on all four wheels. When i start to brake no noise but when the wheels are moving it starts squealing.

When you replaced the pads did you notice that the inside pads were worn down but the outside pads weren't?
If so, you may have a sticking caliper.
