Hello,
I put the winter tires on my 2005 Honda Accord (with 375,000 km) yesterday and noticed that both front tires move about 1/2" when I move them left and right. I only had 1 tire jacked up at a time. There seems to be more play there than what I remember and what I think should be there. Is this a sign that there is a problem with the drive axle or transmission? The car will also shudder when accelerating slowly between 55-75 km/h. If acceleration is quicker, it doesn't seem to shudder. Not sure whether this would be related or not.
