I have the vehicle above and whenever i turn the key to the accessories position right before actually starting the car there is a loud somewhat high pitched buzzing sound that i think is coming from the driver side of the engine, possibly somewhere around the air intake area. I've tried researching online but had no luck and others report the same issue. The noise will continue as long as the car is on but i cant seem to be able to hear it if the engine is actually running though it could be drowned out by the rest of the engine noise. Hopefully its an issue that you have come across before. Thank you very much in advanced
The noise is the fuel pump. If you are worried about that, check the fuel pump.

Hi, thank you for your suggestion, why would the fuel pump be running if i have the car in accessory mode? not cranked it all the way
