I found on craigslist a used 2010 Mazda CX-9 for for $4000. The seller showed the Carfax and the vehicle has 200,000 miles ""Highway miles"". It's only one owner. Is a good buy or I should skipped and look for something else?

Carfax is unreliable. Have it checked out by a mechanic first.
It's a 13 year old Mazda with 200k miles. If you want it for running weekend errands, it can be Ok but not for daily driving. If you decided to go for that car, first, look for rust since the car is in NY. Then find a good mechanic to check it before purchase.

I wouldn't buy it. Yes, they're very dependable vehicles. But with that type of mileage while being sold on an untrustworthy website, not the best bet for you!
CX9 or CX7? Looks like it is a CX7.
