I am having 2007 Honda CR-V with 192,000 miles. Overall, I am satisfied with driving performance. I drive mostly in city and get 19.5 MPG overall. Is there any way to increase MPG? Will changing fuel filter or fuel injector be helpful?

Simple answer: … no. You drive in a city, stop and go traffic. Stop signs, congestion, … your car is doing just fine!
